You have the option to sign-up for individual 4-Week blocks at $60 each, or you can sign up for all 12-weeks for a discounted rate of $150 for everything!!
- January 5th - 26th: Handstands
- February 2nd - 23rd: Strict Muscle-ups
- March 2nd - 23rd: Swinging on Bars and Rings
Each class will be about an hour long, including:
- 5 minutes of Warm-up
- 25 minutes of Skill Work
- 20 minutes of Strength Work
- 10 minutes of Mobility Work
Each class will also include homework based upon the skills taught in class.
Saturday's class will run 10:00am - 11:00am
Sunday's class will run 11:00am - 12:00pm
Again, both classes on Saturday and Sunday will be the same, but you will have the option to attend either class based upon what fits your schedule.
