"Lynne" (40 minutes)
Five rounds for max reps of:
1) Body weight bench press/floor Press
Accumulate 120' HS Walk
Strict Pullups (must have 12+ ub)
Accumulate A total of 90 seconds of HS hold, 30 seconds at a time.
Get upside down, try to get comfortable. Accumulate 30 seconds upside down. (Box assisted)
Floor Press @ 1/4-1/2 bodyweight.
Band Assisted Strict Pullup (should be able to complete at least 10 with appropriate band)
