15 Deadlifts @ 95/65, alternating for 2 sets each.

10 Power Clean @ 95/65, alternating for 2 sets each

40 yd Sprints, alternating until each teammate reaches 6

1 Sled Pull(rope)/low handle push away, alternating until each partner reaches 4 @ 50-60% of the heavy sled pull.
