Nutrition Challenge Test 2.0

 

All 3 WODs must be performed within 45 minutes.  

WOD 1
 

For Time: (Time Cap = 8 Min)
Accumulate 10,000/7,000 lbs of total weight lifted.
In the details... record the lift and weight used

Rules: You may choose a Back Squat or a Deadlift.  The entire wod must be done with one lift and at the same weight.  
Scaled Version:  Choose a total weight as low as 5,000/4,000 (and anything in between)
Example:  I'm going to lift 6,000 lbs by deadlifting 150 lbs 40 times.  

Score = time (in seconds)  If you hit the time cap, then record the total amount of weight lifted in 480 seconds.  

WOD 2

5 Minute AMRAP
10 KB Swing (55/35)
5 Burpees
Rules:  The weight of the KB may be scaled... snatches are acceptable. 

Score: Record the total number of reps.  (do not use rounds)

WOD 3

10 Minute AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 95/65
10 Toes to Bar
15 Box Jump @ 30/24
Rules:
You may scale the weight on the Shoulder to Overhead, and the height of the box.  
Step-ups are allowed.  
Toes to Bar = Straight leg raise to the rig.  

Score: Record the total number of reps
