1 set of 20 reps UB @ 10-30 lbs heavier than last week
**goal - finish set of 20 under 60 seconds

Every Other Minute On The Minute for 24 Minutes:
10 Burpees plus ME set of Double Unders to finish the minute

**score = total Double Unders

Level 1 - 6 burpees + First 6 sets, attempt double unders, then do singles
