Find 1 Rep Max for:
1) OH Squat
2) Front Squat
3) Back Squat

All Levels:
Begin with the OH Squat, use the same bar from the OH squat to begin the front squat, and then the bar from the completion of the front squat for the back squat.  
Level 1
If you are unable to squat below parallel in a movement:
Squat to the lowest possible level (without compromising good position)with the bar in hand for each movement. 


For Time: (7 min cap)
50 Burpees
