"The Bear Complex"

5 Rounds, each round for load:

1 Round =
7 Cycles of the Complex:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead

1- Once you have picked up the bar, you may not rest the bar on the ground.  You may rest at any other time during the complex and for however long is needed.  
2- The Power Clean & Front Squat combination may NOT be a squat clean thruster.  The power clean must be completed before going into the front squat.  
3- There is no time component to this workout.  You may rest as needed between complexes.  

Level I - if you find it challenging to go behind your head with the bar, substitute a 2nd front squat for the back squat.  If you have difficulty getting below parallel, mark that as a modification.  

Level II & III ...as Rx'd

Alternate the following movements
1 - 4x3 Deadlift, work to no more than 87% of 1RM
2 - 4x 15 Toes 2 Bar, preferably UB & pretty
