Michael Kennedy was a Boston Firefighter who lost his life last year while on duty.  He was a huge part of the CrossFit community as a coach and athlete, and he along with Lt. Edward Walsh are in our thoughts and prayers.  The workout today is dedicated to them.

33 KB SWINGS (70,53)
15 burpees

NOTE: If you're participating in the CrossFit Open and you'd still like to do this Hero WOD, scale it down significantly so you're not dead for 15.5. If you're not doing the Open, give this WOD everything you've got.
