16 Air Squats
10 Toes to Bar at every switch
Partner A will perform 1 full rd and then switch with partner B.
Use a comfortable bar for the hang power clean
Perform Pushups to an object
Air Squats to a med ball if you have difficulty with your depth
Toes to bar will be knees as high as possible
All power cleans and toes to bar must be unbroken.
Pushups = Ring Dips
**do not do level III if you are redoing 15.5 on Monday.
