Level 1 - choose a comfortable weight and move with quality through the first two AMRAPS.  Lighten the load slightly for the 10 Minute AMRAP. 60 Single under may replace the double unders. 

Level 2 - as Rx'd

Level 3 - 155/115 & 115/85 for the barbell
