Level I - Work on shoulder stability with a kettlebell overhead hold.
15 Min AMRAP
4 Wall Climbs
8 Parallette Pushups
11 Shoot Throughs
Level I - use 2, 20" boxes or a stack of plates for the shoot throughs and pushups. Only climb to a comfortable height. If you are uncomfortable getting upside down, perform a 20 second barbell hold overhead with a comfortable weight.
Level II - as Rx'd
Level III - Wall Climbs = 15 yd Handstand Walk, Parallette Pushups + Ring dips
