1 Set of ME Unbroken Back Squat @ 85% of 3 rep 
**No pause at the top except for a quick reset

Level I - perform Front Squat

For Time:
60 Slam  Ball @  40/20

Level I - Everyone uses 20#
Level 2 - as Rx'd
Level 3 - 50/ (45 reps @ 40)

Comp HW
1) 1 rep Snatch Pull to hip, work to 110-115% 
2) 30 Triple Unders or Triple Under Practice
