Every 90 seconds, alternating for 15 Minutes:

1) 5 Deadlift, increasing weight
**your choice, sumo deadlift or regular

2) ME Toes to Bar minus 2 
**Perform Toes 2 Bar until you believe you are approximately 2 reps from failure, then drop off the bar. 

Level 1 - Perform Beat Swings with high knees to the same standard. Or, ME Hang from the bar

15 Minute AMRAP
6 Hang Snatch @ 75/45
10 Wallball @ 20/14
12 Lateral Jumps over the bar

Level 1:
Hang Snatch @ Empty bar
Wallballs@ 14/10

Level 3:
Hang Snatch @ 135/95
Lateral Jumps over the box @ 20"
 

Competitor Homework:
Work up to a heavy 3 rep hang squat snatch.
