Partner 1 runs 200m & performs 2 Rope Climbs

While Partner 2 performs the complex unbroken: 
3 Deadlift
2 Power Clean
1 Jerk

**Choose your own weight, however, you must get through the sequence unbroken and with good form every time.  You may change your weight during the workout. Both partners must use the same bar.

Score is rounds @ each weight

Level 1 - rope pulls to standing
Level 2 & 3- as Rx'd

Competitor HW:
alternating sets of each... 60 seconds rest between
1) 3x3 Snatch Pulls to Hip, AHAP
2) 3x10 GHD Raise
3) 3x10 GHD Situp, as intense as possible (make the ghd move)
