***Tomorrow will be a testing day for the Wingman Nutrition challenge

Wingman WOD
15 Minute AMRAP
40 yd Sled Push @ 90/45
ME Stone Over Shoulder 80/50

**Team size 2-4.. partners alternate on the sled.   
Level 1 - use an appropriate med ball
Level 3 - 100/80

Comp HW
1) Work up to a heavy 3 Rep Push Press + 2 rep Jerk (any style)
2) 10 Muscle Ups as fast as possible  
*the goal here is to speed up turnover on the muscle up when cycling through multiple reps.  10 unbroken is great, but we also want them to be fast, so make them as tight and quick as possible.
