Level 1 - Front Squat at a comfortable weight and depth
Level 2&3 - as Rx'd 

Comp HW:
1) 3x3 Snatch Pull to hip @ 100 %
2) Work up to a heavy-ish 3 rep OH Squat for the day, no fails.
