**At each warmup weight, perform 1 push press, 1 push jerk, 1 split jerk.

EMOM for 8 Minutes
1 Split Jerk, building from 70%

--then--

3 Sprints, each for time:
5 Burpee Over The Box Jump @ 20
20 yds OH Walking Lunge @ "empty bar"
10 Wallball @ 20/14
Rest at least 1 minute between attempts

Comp HW:
1a) Farmer's Walk, 20 yds ... heavy (~90% perceived effort)
1b) 20 Unbroken Beat Swings as high as possible with straight arms
