Odd: 2 Snatch Deadlift + Hang Power Snatch + Hi-hang Squat Snatch
Level 1: Catch the Squat Snatch in the power position and ride it as deep as possible into the squat with perfect form.

Even: 5 Burpees over the bar, as fast as possible
