Level 1: Ride the Squat as low as possible with good technique/ Ring Rows/ Bear Crawl
Level 2: as Rx'd
Level 3: Pullups = Butterfly & Unbroken / Bear Crawl = 10 HSPU


Comp HW: 
1) 7 x 3  1-1/4 Front Squats @ 50%, Rest 2 minutes
**Drop Down into a full squat, come up only a quarter of the way and then drop back into the full squat, explode up as fast as possible to complete the rep.
