In teams of 3 or 4 complete:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

Deadlift at 2x bodyweight

Benchpress at bodyweight

Squat clean at 3/4 bodyweight

Use the average bodyweight of all team members.  To scale use 60% of average bodyweight

Each teammate must complete all the reps for each movement and you cannot advance to the next movement until all reps are completed at each station.  Each team will have three bars loaded accordingly.  If you have a team of 4 use this as a rest station and please spot the person on the benchpress.
