Max weight sled pull+push(low handle)

 

Then

 

20 minute AMRAP

Sled pull+push low @ 80% of above weight

8 burpees over partner in a plank, each partner performs both movements

2 deadlifts 275/185 split work however you want

6 power cleans 145/105 split work however you want

L1- Use appropriate weight to maintain form for a long wod

L3- Deadlift 315/205

      Power clean 185/135
