400m run
5 tire flips
3 rope climbs

Even if you are in teams, you must complete all the reps for each movement.

Make sure you wear a shirt and shorts that you aren't too attached to.  You may end up flipping a slightly dirty tire :) 
And don't forget tall socks/shin protection!
