40 handstand push ups, partner must be in a handstand for reps to count

40 knees to elbow, partner must be hanging from the bar for reps to count

40 wallball 20/14, partner must hold bottom of a squat for reps to count

40 power snatches 95/65, partner must be holding a front rack for reps to count

40 deadlifts 185/135, partner must hold top of the deadlift for reps to count

Round 2=30 reps of each

Round 3=20 reps of each

Round 4=10 reps of each
