Teams of 3 perform 3 races side by side

Race #1
40 thrusters

*Every 10 Thrusters, move the bar 12 feet. If the bar touches the ground, the entire team must run back to the start line and return to the bar. Reps may be broken up in any way.
Weight of the bar = 50% of the average of the 3 lifter’s 1 rep max C&J.
(example: lifter 1=150, lifter 2=125, lifter 3=100… the average is 125, half of that is 62.5, use 60 or 65 lbs.

Race #2
120 yds, Med Ball Toss Over the head @ 40/20

*One teammate on the floor at a time. Substitutions may be made at any time.


Race #3
6 Rds
5 KB Burpee Deadlifts @ 55/35 per hand
10 Russian KB Swings

*Rotate through athlete’s for each rd - Athlete 1 does rd 1, Athlete 2 does Rd 2, Athlete 3 does Rd 3 and back to athlete 1 for Rd 4, etc.
