Complete 10 Banded Partner Sprints @ 20m


Everyone works for 20 minutes:
Death By 20m Sprint
(Increase by 2 each minute (1,3,5,7, etc). At the point which you cannot complete the work within the minute, cut that number in half and perform that number of sprints for the rest of 20 minutes.


Split into Teams and perform 50 calories per person on the Assault Bike, rotating every 10 calories.
