Crossover Symmetry @ Eye Level

10 x Snow Angel @ 10,5, or 3lb

10 x Pulldown @ 25, 15, or 10lb

10 Back (or front) Squat

10yd OH Walking Lunges

15 Pullups

 

L1: may use a plate and perform goblet squats w/plate OR rack lunges instead.

L3: 105/65 & C2B

Back Squat

1 rep each at 50-55-60-65-70-75-80-85%

**6-10 Handstand Pushups between each set.
