Every Other Minute On The Minute for 30 minutes:

 

A) ME 5 Hang Snatch & 3 Burpees

B) ME 5 OH Squat & 3 Burpees

C) ME 5 Thruster & 3 Burpees

 

Level 2: 65/35

Level 3: 85/55  

 

Perform each as its own AMRAP.  The score is the total number rounds and reps of each.  The way this works out, there is 1 minute of work and 1 minute of rest for 32 minutes.
