Partner Pushups = one partner performs pushups while the other holds a plank, alternating

Partner Situps =  Ball passed back and forth with alternating reps

Partner Wallballs = Pass the ball to your partner off of the target

Partner Run - Run 100m, alternating (from back door to the side door)
