AMRAP 20 Min with a partner:

 

10 yd Duck Walk @ 40/20

10 yd Walking Lunges @ 40/20

10 Partner Slamballs

 

**One partner performs the duck walk and walking lunges.  Then the two partners face each other and perform 10 slam balls together (5 each), throwing the ball at the ground in front of the partner so they can alternate.  Then the next partner performs the duck walk and walking lunges.  The “non-working” partner will hang from the pullup bar.  If you come off of the pullup bar before your partner has returned with the ball then you will drop to the ground and perform situps for the remainder.
