5 Rds, alternating between the movements:
A) 2 any-Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk, work to heaviest
B) 8 Crossover Two Arm Row, Plyometric Eye Level @ 10-60#
3x3 @ 70% with 3 second pause for each rep (round down)
