EMOM 10 min, alternating:

A)  6 T&G Power Cleans @ 50%
B)  8 Crossover Reverse Fly, Activation(2 sec hold) Eye level @ 3-10#

5 Rds, alternating between the movements:

A)  2 any-Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk, work to heaviest

B)  8 Crossover Two Arm Row, Plyometric Eye Level @ 10-60#

——-then——

Back Squat

3x3 @ 70% with 3 second pause for each rep (round down)

Experienced Lifters (2+ years) - choose a number between 63 and 70% based on how you feel for the day.  

**rest 3 minutes between sets.
