3 Tire Races

**Break into 5 teams of varied abilities.  If someone has trouble flipping the tire on their own, then they can do it with a partner.  One person or one pair works at a time and only gets one flip, then the next person goes.  Reset after each race**

 

40 yd Tire Flip Race

 

WOD 2

 

Teams of 2 line up with a plate, one person works at a time and the plate must be held 6-10” in front of the chest for the entire sequence.

 

6 Min AMRAP

20 yd Plate Walk @ 45/25

10 Goblet Squats

20 yd Plate Walk

 

WOD 3

 

5 Min AMRAP

Partner Wallballs @ 20/14
