With A Partner Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes:

 

50 Sec Row AND Bike (cal)

Run 300m together

ME Wallball Plank Pass @ 20/14

 

**One partner rows while the other bikes. Switch each round.  300m Run is out the back door to the 200m mark and in the side door.  

Description of wallball planks: 

Partners plank facing each other and separated by 5 yards.  From the plank position, push the ball over to your partner.  ME implies that you will finish the entirety of the 5 minute round while performing the passes.  

 

Score = Calories from the Row and Bike plus the # of successful passes of the wallball

 

If there are more than 5 teams, then the teams will have a staggered start.
