ME Thruster to complete the minute
Pick your poison - choose any one of the following to be your initial exercise for the minute.
6 Box Jumps or
6 Pullups or
2 Rope Climbs
Athletes will increase weights during the rest minute. All athletes will go for at least 10 rds. Level 2 and Level 3 will not stop until fewer than 3 reps are achieved inside of the minute, or the lift is failed. If a lift is failed at a given weight before the 10th round, then go to the weight from 2 rounds before and finish out the 10 rounds with that weight.
Perform all thrusters at the same weight for a total of 10 rds (16 minutes)
Women (weights needed, 5/10/15/25) - 25/35/45/55/65/75/85/95 etc.
Men (weights needed, 5/10/15/25/45) - 45/55/65/75 etc.
Women - 35/55/65/75/85/95/105/115/125
Men - 45/65/85/105/115/135/155/175 etc.
Score = total thrusters plus the final weight lifted.
15 minutes on the Assault Bike at the same speed as last week.
