Every Other Minute On The Minute for 12 Minutes:

L-sits for accumulated time
12 Strict Ring Rows, as horizontal as possible

Level 1 - perform tuck-sit support hold on box

2 Shoot-Through
2 Handstand Pushups
2 Kettlebell Swings @ 70/55

*Add 2 with every new round. 2 reps each, then 4 reps each, then 6 reps each and so on.  

Level 1: shoot-through on 2 boxes @ an appropriate height
