With a running clock:
0-3: 1 Rd as a sprint
3-6: 1 Rd as a sprint
6-11: 2 Rds
11- finish: 3 Rds

6 Hang Squat Snatches
40 yd Run
20 Double Unders
**Use a weight for the Snatch that will allow you to do all 6 UB during the sprints

Level 1: HPSnatch, 50 Singles
Level 3: 50 Double Unders + 1 Muscle Up

Comp HW:

20-30 Minutes Mobility for hip and shoulder
