Each Rd for time:
*1st Rd = 30 deadlift, 20yd sled push.. then 20/40 .. 10/60.. 5/80

Sled Push

**Men: The sled begins with a stack of weight on it: 45/10/10/15/15/25/25/25/25, the Deadlift begins with 135. Each round remove plates from the sled and add them to the deadlift to make the following weights: 135/185/235/285
**Women: The sled begins with a stack of weight on it: 45/25/25/15/15/15/15, the deadlift begins with 95, Each round remove plates from the sled and add them to the deadlift to make the following weights: 95/125/155/195

Level 1 - work with coach to determine weight scheme. (suggestion, start the bar with less weight& remove the base 45 from the sled)
Level 3 - add a 45 to the base of the sled.
