A few notes…
**47% of the workout is completed in just the 21 & 18 rounds. Do not underestimate the necessity for pacing in these rounds.
**If you do not absolutely need to break the thrusters, then DON’T ! If you must, do so as few times and for as little time as possible.
**I’ve never said this outside of this workout…. but the burpees are where you catch your breath if you need to. Slow down the burpees in favor of doing the thrusters faster. You will end up with a better time.
