30 Minutes @ 70-75% Perceived Effort

5/3 Tire Flips OR 20 yd Sled Push @ 135/90
Over The Wall
Run 400m
Over the Wall

Level 1: lighten the load on the sled and substitute 10 Heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings for the flip.

Level 3: Add in random skills on different movements after getting back from the run.  

Special note: The 645 pm class will have a special adaptation since it is after sundown.  :)
