3 or 4 person team WOD:

Accumulate 300 Calories on the assault bike
While one athlete is on the bike the other athletes will complete the following AMRAP
40 partner Wallball 20/14
20 pull ups, split up however you like
10 synchronized burpees
The duration of the AMRAP is however long it takes to complete the 300 Cal.
Your score is time to complete the 300 Cal. 
Each rep of the AMRAP will equal 1 second off your total time. 
Each athlete must get on the bike at least once

In teams of 4 there will be a rest station
