Partner WOD:
25 minute AMRAP
20 pull ups
Slamballs over the 4' wall/boxes 20/40/50/80/100
20 front squats 115/75
Slamballs over the 4' wall/boxes 20/40/50/80/100

The four foot wall will be in the middle of the room, you will perform your pull ups on the red/black rig then move the slamballs over the wall to the opposite platforms where you will perform the front squats.  Then you will move the slamballs back over the wall to return to the red/black rig to start your pull ups again.  Each pair or team will have a full set of slamballs, 20/40/50/80/100, work together to get them from one side of the gym, over the wall, to the other side. Have fun!!
