Comp HW: 

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes

1 squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 split jerk

Add weight each set

For 15 minutes work on the following: 

10ft handstand walk to wall, pirouette so belly is against the wall, handstand walk back start line
