As most of you know, Coach Allison has been working with us for the past couple months coaching classes and we're very excited to announce that she'll be joining us as a new staple in the gym come September!!! Starting next month you'll be able to catch her coaching the Sunday class at 10am and Thursday class at 5:30pm. Thank you for all of your hard work, Allison! We can't wait to watch you develop even more as a coach and help our athletes reach all of their goals!
