200-160-120-80-40 single unders
Slamball belly hold 100/80
Elbow plank hold
Double unders/single unders may only be completed while the ball and plank are held.
When each set of DU/SU are complete, rotate to the next movement.
Cycle thru all three movements until everyone has completed all the double/single unders.
