Nutrition Challenge WODs

Equipment Management for Large Classes.  It does not matter which wod is performed first so classes greater than 9 will have a group start on the rowers and another group start with the dumbbells.  

Classes greater than 18 will run the same way with one exception.  Nutrition Challenge participants will have priority on the Rower, the remaining athletes will use the Assault Bike.

10 Dumbbell Box Stepover @ 20/16" and 50/35

30 Mountain Climber

 

Suggested Scales:

Situps:  If it is impossible to do any situps because of pain or weakness, then pulling the knees up and back behind the hips would be appropriate.  

Dumbbell Box Stepover:  scale the weight of the dumbbell.  you want this to be difficult AND doable.  This will serve to leave room for improvement.
