Today is the last day of official programming as part of the cycle.  And the last day of Friday barbell cycling.  Holding onto that power clean in the first round will be costly so it would serve you well to work on quick singles.  Kick some butt everyone!!  :)

20 Toes 2 Bar

20 Burpees

20 Power Clean @ 155/105

 

L1: the power clean should be heavy and doable.  Pullups with a band and straight legged raises are the preferred scales.
