Members 2 and 3 perform:

30 Partner Wallballs @ 20/14
30 Back2Back Partner Wallball Passes
**If the ball hits the ground, perform 40 yd bear crawl for both athletes.
please scale the wall ball to the needs of the newer athlete on the team.
SCORE = distance traveled as a team on the rower.
