WOD 1 Team Relay (teams of 3)

Floor layout:

Assault Bike & KB & MedBall on turf 20 yds from rig

**In this relay each partner performs a set amount of work and then tags their partner to perform the same work.  Once all teammates have performed the set, they can move on to the next set of work.  

Set 1 & 2

15/10 cal Assault Bike

40 yd Sprint to rig and back, tag your partner

Set 3 & 4

15 Russian KB Swings @ 70/53

40 yd Sprint to rig and back, tag your partner

Set 4 & 5

15 Goblet Squats @ 70/53

40 yd Sprint to rig and back, tag your partner

 

WOD 2 - same teams

5 Minute AMRAP

40 yd Medball Carry (any carry) @ 100/80/50

**handoff to a teammate every 40 yds.
