Every Class for the week will begin with a dedicated stretch/mobility/soft tissue session followed by the WOD.  We will continue tapering this week from a dedicated strength work perspective and prepare for a new cycle next week.

WOD

10 Rounds, 2 minutes rest between rounds (28 min total)

1 Minute to complete:

3 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk @ 60-70%

ME Wallballs @ 20/14

 

**The complex should be unbroken.

SCORE = weight / # of wallballs

 

Homework - Before Class

-Accumulate 10 of the complex with the purpose of excellence in movement:

   1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat @ 50%

Homework - After Class

-Accumulate 50 Double Unders, then attempt to accumulate 10 Triple Unders ( <20 attempts)
