20 Yd Walk, Dumbbell Held Overhead, right arm

10 Goblet Squats

**1 round is performed entirely on one arm, then the next round is performed with the other arm. NO Alternating during a snatch set.

9 Minute AMRAP

10 One Arm Dumbbell Thruster, (5 each arm)

10 Pullups/Ring Rows
