Teams of 3-4

Row 10k as a team - break it up however you like

 

Non-working partners perform:

Every Minute On The Minute Choose One Activity

1 - 10 Wallballs

2 - 20 Double Unders OR 5 Attempts plus 15 singles.  

3 - 3 Muscle Up, any version OR 6 Pullups

4 - 5 Hspu OR 5 Pushup

5 - 14 Lunges

6 - 5 Burpees

7 - 14 Dumbbell Snatch @ 50/35

***You can choose any movement at any time and change it whenever you want.  You may even cycle through them 1 through 7 over and over again. 

EXAMPLE:  Team of 3.  

Minute 1 - Person 1 is on the rower, Person 2 chooses to do 5 pushups, Person 3 just hangs out.  Minute 2 - Person 1 is still on the rower, Person 3 chooses 14 Lunges, Person 2 hangs out.  

Minute 3 - Person 3 jumps on the rower, Person 2 + 1 decide to do the 10 wall balls together (tossing the ball off the target to each other)
